I stayed here for 3 nights, I like the location because it is only a few minutes walking to kyoto station, AEON shopping mall, 7-11 convenient store, almost everything is nearby. The room that I stayed is small which is alright for one person. The room is clean and neat and comfortable. I like the idea of providing free juices, coffee and tea at the dining area. The public bath is also quite good. I chose not to clean my room on my second day, but the housekeeping are very thoughtful that they left the clean towels and 2 water bottles in a bag outside my room. I will stay here again.

We traveled with a baby and stayed in the Balcony Suite with the private open air bath. The room was spacious with sliding doors between the entrance, bedroom, and bathroom areas to ensure a quiet experience from hallway noises. The tatami floor is nice, and the lights are dimmable with charging. The outdoor open air bath can fit one person comfortably (and up to two). The private balcony’s backdrop of flora and moss were artfully designed. The shower room next to the balcony has heating option. The location is 3 minutes walk away from JR Kyoto Station (specifically Hachijo exit). In the morning, there is a free coffee machine. After 12pm, they also offer free drinks at the restaurant. If you are traveling with a baby, you can ship diapers here via Amazon JP. The reception will hold it for you.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean and aesthetically pleasing. The breakfast was excellent, and the location being right next to Kyoto station made getting around the city fantastically easy. Would highly recommend.

The location was great - just across the road from Kyoto Main Station. This made it very convenient to travel around Kyoto. The daily free drink was a nice touch, although it would have been nicer if it wasn't just a drink from a drink dispenser. Still nice to have a cold drink at the end of a hot day!

Location, facilities, staff, cleanliness, amenities etc are excellent. Nothing to complain about. If I were to nickpick, the only thing to complain about is the pillow - one of the pillows is too hard. Hotel even provides free drinks in the morning and at night till 11pm. It's just stone throw away from train/subway Station, restaurants, and shopping. I will definitely stay here again.

Location and responsive, accommodating staff. The hotel was within a five minute walk to the taxi stand and train station which had excellent restaurants and shops--very convenient. House keeping was excellent and through. The hotel projects a first rate image, makes you feel you selected the right one.

The staff are kind and friendly, the buffet breakfast extensive and very tasty. Close to Kyoto station which is convenient although that also brings a lot of foot traffic to the surrounding area - thankfully, inside the hotel it is quiet and calm. ありがとうございます！

Convenient location around Kyoto station and hotel is quite new. Room is a little small but with comfortable beds and clean. Shower n toilet is separated which is good.

Public bath was quiet and clean and nice. Rooms were clean. Restaurant was also good. Free drink would have been nicer if there were more choicez

Location was great and very convenient to train station and buses. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were very helpful.
